Target Try on Haul for Spring 2020

Spring is JUST around the corner and it’s time to start sprinkling in transitional pieces in to your wardrobe that can be worn now and fully into spring and summer. Target has released some really great pieces and a lot of them are likely to sell out before you’re thinking about jumping into shorts season. My favorite part about this roundup is that all of the pieces can be mixed and matched to create countless looks. Here are a few of my favorite affordable Target pieces so far!

Look #1

Let’s start with this extremely soft knit tee. It has an oversized fit and the sides slit up which makes it extremely comfortable. I got my normal size small and it is perfectly oversized. These mom jeans!! Can we just take a minute to appreciate them? I have to admit, I did not jump into this trend for a long time. Now that I’ve tried a few pairs out I can absolutely tell you that these are extremely comfortable and flattering and can be worn so many ways, which I will show below!

Look #2

Here is a great outfit for running around town, travel or just plain “momming”. You can find these tanks in multiple color options and they currently have a deal for 2 for $14! Hats are typically not my thing, but I think they are great for the days that you already have too much dry shampoo in your hair!

Look #3

Since we already talked about the tank above, let’s jump right into the SHORTS!! Aren’t they amazing? $15 shorts and these will definitely sell out by the time we are ready to be wearing them. If you’re like me, then you don’t like shorts that are so short they look inappropriate, which is why I’m a huge fan of these with the long inseam in the center and the flattering arch to the back!

Look #4

My opinion is that you can never have too many basics in your closet, and this tee is probably the best one I’ve put on my body in a LONG time. The hemline has the flattering raised sides and the fabric is soft and smooth. I would absolutely say that you need this in every single color they have because I need them all too!

Look #5

When I think transitional pieces I think lightweight hoodies that will be perfect now with skinny jeans and into spring and summer nights. Here is a perfect example of that with the lightweight material and fun star print. I sized up to a medium to have a looser fit and I’m glad I did because I don’t like my sweatshirts to be too tight. Button fly’s have been huge lately and these shorts are a great option if you like that look. These have a good amount of stretch and a longer inseam so if you’re a mom you don’t have to worry about showing too much off :).

Look #6

This is what I would call a “dressy” sweatshirt. Although this is technically labeled as a sweatshirt, the balloon sleeves give it a more dressed up feel, so depending on how you style this, you can really get a variety of comfy to dressy looks. Shorts are already starting to sell out in some sizes and are a great stretchy pair of shorts to have in your closet!

Hopefully you’ve found this roundup to be helpful! If you love affordable fashion be sure to check out some of my previous posts where I round up awesome amazon finds. You can see my 2019 round up here.
